For business customers (B2B): this Legal Notice is governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nantes, France.

For consumers (B2C): nothing in this notice deprives a consumer of the mandatory protections of the law of their country of habitual residence. A consumer may bring proceedings either in France or in the courts of their place of domicile, in accordance with applicable consumer protection and private international law rules.
