Getting started with Agensio
How do I get started with Agensio?
Create your account on agensio.ai, choose one or more agents from our catalogue, and activate your subscription. Each agent is up and running in under 10 minutes thanks to our guided setup wizard.
Do you need technical skills to use the agents?
No. Agensio is designed for SME and micro-business managers and teams, with no IT skills required. Configuration is done using natural language, and our team can support you during a free video onboarding session.
Is there a free trial period?
We offer a personalised demo on request. Contact us at bonjour@agensio.fr to schedule a live demonstration of the agent you’re interested in.
How long does it take for the agent to be up and running?
Most agents are set up and active in under 10 minutes. The Secretary agent requires connection to your email account (an additional 5 minutes). The Debt Collection agent may require a data import (CSV file), which takes a few minutes.
Can I use multiple agents at the same time?
Yes. You can activate as many agents as you like, individually. All agents share the same dashboard and are managed via a unified interface.

What you pay
How much do the AI agents costAgensio?
Agensio is available in 3 packages including all agents: Starter at €85 HT /month, Growth at €195 HT /month and Suite at €450 HT /month. What varies from one package to another: the volumes (leads, posts, call minutes) and the Debt Collection agent’s commission (15% / 10% / 6% only on amounts actually recovered).
Is there a minimum contract period?
No. All our subscriptions are non-binding. You can cancel at any time via your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, with no penalty.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debits. Payments are secured via Stripe. Invoices compliant with French accounting standards (TVA) are generated automatically each month.
Can I get an invoice with VAT?
Yes. All invoices include French VAT (20%). They are available to download from your customer portal. European businesses outside France can provide their intra-Community VAT number for tax-free invoicing.
Do you offer special rates for charities or start-ups?
We consider requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at bonjour@agensio.fr, specifying your organisation. We offer special terms for non-profit organisations and early-stage start-ups.

Understanding agents
What is the difference between the agents?
Each agent specialises in a specific business area. The Marketing agent creates and plans your content. The Watch agent monitors your sector 24 hours a day. The Leads agent qualifies your prospects. The Accounting agent analyses your finances. The Debt Collection agent follows up on your outstanding payments. The Secretary manages your emails and diary. The Receptionist answers your calls.
Do the agents work continuously or on demand?
The Watch and Secretary agents operate continuously (24/7). Others, such as Marketing or Leads, carry out scheduled or on-demand tasks from your dashboard. You always remain in control.
Can the agents be customised for my sector?
Yes. During setup, you describe your business, your target customers and your communication style. The agent adapts its behaviour accordingly. You can change these settings at any time via the settings menu.
Does the Debt Collection agent send emails on my behalf?
Yes, but you remain in control. You set the tone, the frequency of reminders and the escalation thresholds. Each email is sent from your domain and can be reviewed before sending if you wish.
Can I see what the agent is doing in real time?
Yes. The dashboard displays each agent’s recent actions, results achieved, and alerts requiring your attention in real time. You also receive a daily summary by email if you enable this feature.
What happens if an agent makes a mistake?
Agents are configured with safeguards: before any irreversible action is taken, your approval is required. ‘Supervision’ mode allows you to manually approve each action during the onboarding phase.
Security &RGPD
Your data is secure
Are your agents compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD)?
Yes. All your data is hosted in Europe (France). We do not sell any data to third parties. Our subcontractors are contractually bound to the RGPD via DPAs. A signed DPA is available on request.
Where is my data stored?
All customer data is stored on servers located in France (eu-west-3 region, Paris). No data is transferred outside the European Union. Backups are encrypted and stored on geographically separate servers.
Do agents have access to my bank details?
No. Agensio never stores bank credentials. The Accounting agent analyses the exports you import but does not have direct access to your accounts. Payments are processed via Stripe — your card details are never sent to us.
Can I delete all my data?
Yes. From your customer dashboard, you can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data. The deletion takes effect within 30 days. Only data required by law (invoices) is retained for the statutory period.
What level of encryption is used?
All communications are encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Access to our infrastructure is protected by multi-factor authentication.

Which tools does Agensio integrate with?
Agensio Integrates with Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Stripe, Sellsy, Pennylane, Notion, Slack and dozens of others via Zapier and our API. New integrations are added every month at the request of customers.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The Agensio app is available on iOS and Android. It allows you to view your agents’ activities, receive real-time notifications and approve actions that require your authorisation from your smartphone.
Do you offer an API for developers?
Yes. A REST API is available for Enterprise customers and partners. Full documentation is accessible from your dashboard. Contact us for developer access or bespoke integrations.
Which browser is required?
Agensio It works on all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (versions from the last 2 years). We recommend Chrome for the best experience. JavaScript must be enabled.
What happens if the service is unavailable?
We guarantee an SLA of 99.5% monthly uptime. In the event of an incident, our status page is updated in real time. Running agents automatically resume after an incident with no data loss.
