Theo BOUCHET, Chairman of AGENSIO AI, is the publishing director responsible for editorial content under reg. 6(1)(c) of the UK Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.

All content on the agensio.ai website (text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software, etc.) is the exclusive property of AGENSIO AI or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the Trade Marks Act 1994, and applicable French and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the website is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of AGENSIO AI.

Any unauthorised use of the website constitutes copyright infringement under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 ss 16-21 and may also trigger remedies under the Intellectual Property (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/1028).

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

For business customers (B2B): these legal notices are governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nantes, France.

For UK consumers (B2C): nothing in this notice affects the mandatory protections of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A UK-based consumer may bring proceedings either in France or in the courts of their place of domicile, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules. UK consumers also have access to alternative dispute resolution via certified ADR providers listed on gov.uk.

10. Modern Slavery Act statement

AGENSIO AI is a small French SaaS company below the GBP 36 million turnover threshold of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and is therefore not required to publish a modern slavery statement. We nevertheless commit to ethical procurement and do not knowingly engage with suppliers involved in modern slavery practices.
