This Legal Notice is provided pursuant to Regulation 6 of the UK Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and is intended for visitors located in the United Kingdom.

Theo BOUCHET, Chairman of AGENSIO AI, is the publishing director responsible for editorial content under reg. 6(1)(c) of the UK Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the agensio.ai website (text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software, etc.) is the exclusive property of AGENSIO AI or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the Trade Marks Act 1994, and applicable French and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the website is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of AGENSIO AI.

Any unauthorised use of the website constitutes copyright infringement under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 ss 16-21 and may also trigger remedies under the Intellectual Property (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/1028).

Information regarding the processing of personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice, drafted in compliance with the UK GDPR (Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The agensio.ai website may contain hyperlinks to other websites. AGENSIO AI has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or the processing of personal data carried out by them.

8. Limitation of liability

AGENSIO AI endeavours to ensure, to the best of its ability, that the information published on the website is accurate and up to date. However, AGENSIO AI cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGENSIO AI accepts no liability for:

• any interruption to or unavailability of the website;
• any bugs, errors or omissions in the content;
• any damage resulting from unauthorised third-party access leading to a modification of the information made available on the website;
• any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profit, business, goodwill or anticipated savings.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law (in particular under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for UK consumers).

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

For business customers (B2B): these legal notices are governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nantes, France.

For UK consumers (B2C): nothing in this notice affects the mandatory protections of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A UK-based consumer may bring proceedings either in France or in the courts of their place of domicile, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules. UK consumers also have access to alternative dispute resolution via certified ADR providers listed on gov.uk.

10. Modern Slavery Act statement

AGENSIO AI is a small French SaaS company below the GBP 36 million turnover threshold of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and is therefore not required to publish a modern slavery statement. We nevertheless commit to ethical procurement and do not knowingly engage with suppliers involved in modern slavery practices.
